i was super shagged yesterday. i had trouble even trying to stomach my dinner (one of those rare times that food didnt seem to tantalise)...partly due to a late nausea-inducing oily lunch, partly due to exhaustion and partly due to a headache. before i could even finish my food, i went to lie down in the guest room and nearly zonked out. but a miraculous panadol pill managed to revert things a little, and i had sufficient energy to even go grocery shopping before coming home to zonk out finally. i just had to get my stock of milo from the supermarket. mornings without milo are unbearable. fatal. slept a whole 12 hours. but still sleepy. -__-

after going to support the A divisions, i feel like bowling. damn. watching the doubles was quite fun. reminds me of me and michelle. how we fought fought fought to our last breath. hehe. :) she seems to have grown up a little...and i like the new her better. :) and i have to say this again, cos im really so pissed off with myself. i was supposed to take the bus from nj with the team to safra yishun. and mr lee told me that the bus would leave at 12.45pm. BUT judging from my expertise (which has proven to be pathetic), i assumed (wrongly) that the bus would certainly leave later than that. THEN cos i took too long in front of the mirror, i was late. and i saw the bus leaving while i was on my way in to nj. :( AND mr lee thought i wouldnt be coming down on friday so i think he didnt tell them to wait for me. SO i had to take a cab down so as to be there before the match started. AND the cab fare was pretty horrendous la. ALL THANKS TO VANITY. not only did i have to suffer a hole in my pocket, i had three blisters to go along...cos i was walking so fast, hoping to catch the bus, but i still never did get on. *sobs* oh well. but mr lee and mrs thia were damn nice to me anyway. yay! :)

ytday i asked jerome for his maple nick so i could add him as buddy before i actually disappear from the face of work. he didnt want to give me when i asked cos he said his level still low...then later he came back and shoved a piece of paper at me with his nick written on it. haha! he's damn cute la. im sure he'll win the hearts of many girls in future.

today i saw the SMU ad on the papers. pooi khay's one of the poster girls! wish i had such a chance can. haha. to be featured jumping! :D they only put rj students for the jc students la. elitists. anyway it was cool la. if i choose NUS, they should just give me that little chance at fame la! since SMU's taken. wah lao. im desperate.

and law letter's coming soon. nightmare!

tuesday mornings are supposed to be spent swimming, but oh well, i was awoken by an sms at 5+am and after a few replies, there was no way i could drift back to sleep. so i got up for breakfast at 6+am and then went back to bed. just got up not long ago, and i think im too lazy to swim already since its quite late.

its the A divisions today. i have a compulsive desire to rush down to yishun to lend them my support, but ay, there's work. i miss the adrenaline of being at competition and being part of a team. the girls told me they were very scared last night. i think i vaguely remember how that felt too, but being a senior last year, i had to mask that aside. then there was the girls team...eileen didnt compete last year if im not wrong (oops) and yuhui took her place. it wasnt the best we could do, but it was fun nonetheless. i remember the thing abt singing tonghua and some idiot song (i cant remember which) that the juniors mocked me about. there was so much laughter at our side. :) and at the other end, the guys were peeved with their performance so it was like a thunderstorm..oh well. hope this year they can do better. i think they can...they've everything needed to make it big. :) jiayou nj!

time flies. damn fast. its May already, and i just realised that i'll have to tender my resignation soon. honestly i cant bear to. i will miss the kids. A LOT. i see them nearly everyday, and from knowing nothing to knowing everything about them, it's hard to say goodbye. in fact, i've barely a month left. cos of holiday, orientation, matriculation, whatever shit there is to settle... :( i dont know if i i'll be able to work even after uni starts...whether my schedule will allow it and whether i'll have the energy to. but we'll see..right now the thought of leaving is heart-wrenching, but when school starts, maybe school's an even better place to be? its always this way...like, after stepping down from guides, then bowling...leaving people that matter behind and getting on with your life...but eventually, things are okay. manageable. not as bad as you thought it'd be.

alicia's birthday has passed. how could she not have told me?! i kinda imagine one day last week or sth when she was sitting beside me and it was her birthday, and i never suspected a thing, because you dont go around imaginging it's someone's big day? horrific. i feel like a sinner.
